According to statistics from the Chinese Civil Aviation Bureau, passenger flow in 2006 exceeded 160 million, and grew 15.9% compared with the previous year and the total industry revenue reached $26.1 billion. In 2007, passenger volumes reached 187 million, up approximately 16% compared to 2006, and total industry revenue was estimated at $30.5 billion. YZL was established in March 1998, with headquarters in Shenzhen, a Special Economic Zone in southern China.
